Restaurant Style Salsa

This is a winner in my house with a husband who is picky about his salsa!

Ingredients
28 oz can whole tomatoes peeled with juice
2 10 oz cans Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
1/4 C chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 Jalapeno, quartered and sliced thin
1/2 C cilantro
Juice from 1/2 a fresh lime
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp ground cumin







Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
2. Pulse until you get desired consistency.
3. Put in the fridge for at least an hour.
4. Serve with chips.

*for milder salsa: remove the seeds from the jalapeno.
